issue before discuss about the dying marriage

What a marriage consulting can do? or a lawyer?

I mean, I want to discuss with my hu*****and about our dying marriage. Before I discuss with him, I think I need to know more about my rights and what will be the best solution for me?

I am living in MA, 3 years old daughter. His whole family is here, me alone; he have been living here for over 30 years, me just 5 years.
