感謝所有的回答，尤其是法律上的指導。我知道這是一個人事問題，法律上的根據是幫助我的一個後盾。多年的沉默換來的結果，令我不得不麵對這個問題。I am sure the patent is belong to the company, I just want to add my name onto the inventor list.
