It is true, most of the time, that "檢查結果附診科是不直接給病人,他門隻做檢查但不了解你是誰,沒有機會和你做很多談話.所以他們沒辦法回答這類訊問."

The one big exception, I believe everyone here need to know (because every female after 45 will have it done), is the mammogram report. The result of it AND the recommendations will be mailed to the patient directly from the interpreting radiologist. This is about the only federal law clearly spells out regarding a medical procedure!
