Question about Traffic Ticket in TX.

I lived in Dallas, TX.

Yesterday, I got a traffic ticket. My daughter, 7 years old, sit in the back seat and she had the seatbelt on. But, the seatbelt was a little loose and she stood up. A cop's car was right next lane and he saw that. He gave me a seatbelt restraint ticket for children.

I have a very good driving record. I checked the court's website and that is $195 for this kind ticket. Since I never took seatbelt training course before, I am eligible to take that and then dismiss that ticket.

Don't know if I should take that offer or find a lawyer to fight this ticket. How much is the lawyer's cost for traffice ticket?
