Find a good friend of yours. Ask her/him to take care of your kid(s) for a week or two. Then pay her/him dearly to use up all the money you put aside in your flex account. If she/he is nice enough, some of the money may be returned to you in some other ways.

Anyone who gets paid by you with the flex account money should report it as income when filing tax returns the following year. In general a friend with low income is a better candidate for you.
