Thank you for the information about 買房委托書. I have checked Embassy website. It takes longer that to get 買房委托書 If I can't go to Embassy by myself. I will go back to China on Dec 7. Only 5 weeks away. Is that anyway that I can ask real state agent in China to wait for me. Maybe I can fax them my plane ticket. Thank you for suggestion. Anybody has experience for that?
