i think i will go to small claim court and thank you for your suggestion.

I found out some update information, i am not the only one who have this bad experience.

there are another two already sued them, i think they will go court in two weeks. they refuse to return 1000$ deposit to that two poor guys. and the one who will sue the landlord told me they go to university leagal office to consult, the officer told them, there are several samiliar things with same landlord happened before him.

that student try to search landwoman within university system since she said she is Postdoc, and found she is not at all. she lie to everyone and not tell the real name and living address.
