No, it is a credit card. ATM card was sent earlier

Every time we contacted the bank officer, wierd things happen.

Why I suspected that guy is because my hu*****and has the bank account for so many years, and no wierd things happened before until we contacted the officer in the BOA branch. My card was sent 15 days after we visited him. My hu*****and's card was sent 10 days after I complained to him.

If they didn't send me the 2nd card to my hu*****and 10 days after I complained to him( at that time, I also told him my hu*****and didn't have credit card), I would let it pass. But this time, I can't forgive this since they made the same mistake twice.
