I can now understand you properly, i think you have not taking the Check to a Cashing Store like i have told you to do, and moreover why would someone working at the Western Union tell you not to wire money, what was he employed for.

I think time is really getting out of my side and i dont really know how to direct you to a specific Cashing Store cause i think you should have one around you.
