About Ebay

I sold a book in ebay 10 days ago and already sent the book out. I haven't got the payment yet, but the buyer said she already paid. She is not very willing to talk to me. What can I do? Ebay said the payment is pending. Is it normal that takes 10 days still not getting the money yet?
