Two car accidents. How to handle it? Thanks.

Recently, my hu*****and got two car accidents in two weeks with the same car.

Accident1, local, in front of red traffic lights, my hu*****and stopped, the car behind him(car 1) couldn't stop and hit his rear bumper. The car behind car1 (car 2) couldn't stop either, car 2 hit car1, and car1 hit my hu*****and car again. Car1's driver doesn't have auto insurance. Car2 has. No police report. My hu*****and reported this accident to our insurance and car2 insurance.

A week later, our car has not been repaired yet, accident 2 happened. In local also. Car 3 hit my hu*****and's rear bumper again. My hu*****and colleted the car3's insurance info, but we don't know how to handle it. Report it, or ignore it?
