The facts of the matter are

(1) you were fired and (2) your boss allegedly is having an affair with one of your former colleagues. When you are calm, it is not difficult to draw a conclusion that there is absolutely no connection between these two facts.

You cannot file a lawsuit unless you can show damages. What is your damage? The several pieces of paper printouts? Not even those because those are the company's property.

Plain and simple, you just want revenge. I suggest you let it go and not get yourself more troubles. Life is a long journey. Talk to your friends and just get over it.
