I called my insurance company this morning

and claimed my case. This afternoon I called my agancy
office, a lady told me, if I think I am 100% right,
I shouln't call my insurance company by myself, her means maybe the company will increse my fee after this case. Her means I need to talk to her fires before I do something.I don't know she is right or not, but anyway I claimed already. Can a insurance company increse the
fee without any reasonable reason?
