I checked that refenrence website, in which
it was said "even when a site doesn't collect sales tax, consumers are technically responsible for remitting any unpaid sales tax on online purchases directly to their state."

Do you think eventually I would have to pay the tax
to the state I am staying even if I did not pay tax for this item bought online from other state?

How to pay such tax? By annual tax report?
If missing it, any problem?
