First, make it clear

It is YOU, not your employer, who invite your in-laws to come.

You should ask your employer to provide an employment verification letter, basically to state your employment date, job title and salary.

You provide your recent paycheck stubs, W-2 forms, etc.

You write an invitation letter to your in-laws and to US Consular.
