do i still need to pay another $70 for the finger print

Thanks Xiao Bai Tu. But do I still need to file that $70 finger print together with the I-485? As I already paid $7 with the EB-1 application.
The question is: Do not know whether my I-765 will be approved or not based on the EB-1 application.
