This does not mean this is happening everywhere, all the time. It is still a one-time event. 一個"偶發"事件. Plus, since the TV and human rights commission is already on the issue, it has much more exposure to general public than this board. Insist on putting this on top gives no more benefits.

的確有人在處理了，但是大多數碰到類似事件的人還是不知道怎麽處理，有專家根據這個事件發表個意見，或者做個爭論，給大家一個參考，我覺得是完全必要的。建議置頂。
