UNAUTHORIZED PRACTICE OF LAW- it's a crime.

Lots of things can be done without a lawyer or by a person without law training. You probably can do it as long as no one brings it to AG's office. There are cases people can even pratice medicine (literally, surgery) without a license.

But one unhappy client can land you in jail.
