The police didn't show up at the first time. This case should be dropped at this point. But he let the judge reschedule another time(he is lack of experience). The police still didn't show up at the second time. Then he was dismissedd, no guilty of course.

I studied the traffic law later beacause ..., I didn't notice any traffic law related to your case. So please don't worry about it.

And there is no use if others had your plate number if you did not speeding, run on red, car accident, etc.
