said if he has the deferred entry of judgement, his charge will be dismissed after 6 months. but does the "deferred entry of judgement" equal to "plea of guilty"?

我們同時找了另外一個律師，這個律師卻建議我和DA說說，掙取drop。天啊，都瘋了。一個說不可以見DA，連DA那邊的電話都不要接。一個說一定要找DA。到底誰說的對？！大家給點看法吧。
