If I follow the option 2, I have a concern about over-stay period. Because the Denial Notice states that my authorized stay expired in October 2002 (sixty days following completion of my studies), does that mean I have already over-stayed in the US for more than 16 months no mater how soon I will leave the US upon receiving of this notice?
