Thanks Old Cat, one more question

I left on Sunday, so I just have an oral agreement with her to let her keep my $300 deposit to account for the 30 days notice. I gave her 10 days notice because my contract is month by month. not a long one, and since I left, I called her seveal time to ask for my deposit back (I only live there 2 months), but she never agree. and she never tell me I sill own her money either. Acturally, I own her no money. I paied all my rents. but she is calculating this way. after I left, she charge me extra month rent. and use my $300deposit to balance part, there is still $80 and she is adding $1 to it everyday. What kind of person she is!!!!!!! Please suggets more. my hu*****and is really mad about this. I have no idea she did this to me.
