Just called sereral Auto Dealer Fraud lawyer. One would like to take the case and no pay if no win. We feel unacceptable to let the dealer run away like this.

We will give them final request as exchange top model plus extend warranty. If their refuse, we will go to court with them. The worst case, we lose the case, but we still drive the same van as before. We lose nothing!
