報稅8843表急問

各位朋友，我學生身份來美讀書已經過了五年，8843表Line12，如果學生身份讀書超過五年，我必須 provide a statement to establish that I do not intend to reside permanently in the United States, 都寫些什麽呢？這對我以後申請綠卡有何影響？我打算申請NIW,還沒有正式遞交。

網上有朋友說，I should file 1040 and attach form 8833 instead of 8843

非常confuse,我以前都是1040NR-EZ + 8843. 今年從學校收到的也是1040NR-EZ。
