The new problem

Thanks a lot! The new problem is if I have applied for F1, can I still pay in-state tuition during the time I am waiting for F1? By the way, on my passport, my H4 will be expired in 2008. At the time of my hu*****and's job termination, will some paperwork issued by immigration officer to show our visa being obsolete? If no, does that mean I might be able to stay for a while without somebody knowing the situation?
