Can i get SSN and med Taxes back

Hi, Guys,

I came to United states in June, 1999. Starting to work wirh H1-B from August, 2004. Company withdrew some social security and medcare taxes from my payroll before August, 2994when i was in OPT period. is it possible that I could get these money back? Thanks alot
