I understand what you are saying and I can appreciate it that it takes professional training, especically in the US, to be able or eligible to perform this seemingly simple treatment.

Since this is a reoccuring problem (my kid was hurt in preschool), I am just surprised that this doctor charged so much more than others and wanted an explanation for what made the difference.
