Resident can't use treaty

If you file as Resident Alien, you can't apply tax treaty.
You can file dual-status. When you file dual-status, you need to file both 1040NR and 1040. On 1040NR, you can apply tax treaty. Then, on 1040, you can't use standard deduction.
In one word, you can't use tax treaty and standard deduction at the same.
