請教: 借錢不還，怎麽辦？

Two years ago, my girlfriend borrowed $3000 from me when she had difficult time. We broke up later. Last year she said she would return me the money by the end of last year, but one year passed, she refuses to return me the money now, even she does not answer my phone or reply my email.

I only know where she works now, don't have her home address. I have the check copy from my bank. How can I do now? Ask a lawyer to sue her?
