請教:美國公司品牌兼並，哪裏會有最全的記錄？

it is about my work, I need to find out in the last 5 years, the Consumer Package Good brands' performance (sales performance, not their stock etc) after acquisition. The first step is I need to know the list of brands acquired in last five year. I am guessing maybe some law related database or organization might have such resources? Since acqusition is a legal process.
