I know credit report will show a person's all financial information including income, savings and debts. This will need social security number and his concent.

You need to make sure he's not transfering money our of his accounts to his lover or parents/relatives. Discuss this with your lawyer as well as the ways to block or freeze it, since he has past record of doing so.
