Thanks, More help wanted

My question is not the inspector is liable or not. He defenitly liable to his customer who paid him. Other wise why most inspectors buy liability and E&O insurance.

My question is othe than his liability to the customer who paid him, he is liable to another party like the next buyer of the house. Assume the customer, who pay for the inspection, is the seller not the buyer.
