The police marked on the two tickets that I must appear in the court. I don't know if this is because I said something about that the other party hit my car first, or the offense I made was very quite serious.The police did say that if I think I didn't do wrong, I can hire a lawyer.
Now the date for court was set already, can I still be able to plead guilty and ask the police to cancel the hearing.
I will move out of my current state soon, does this bad record affect nation-widely beyond state?
