租房一問

9月中旬搬出一個美國老太婆的5-br house，10月10日一手交房租鑰匙一手交deposit全部結清了，她當時也說we have finished。但是她第二天就反悔，要我繼續付錢直到有別人租那間房。合同上有兩句重要的話：1. Tenant is considered to have moved out only after the day when keys are returned to owner. 2.Tenant agrees to move out of premises only between the months of May through August, included.

請問，我給了她鑰匙到底算不算have moved out，我還有沒有責任一直付錢到明年5月或直到有別人住進來？
