You are right But

the reality is most ppl can't afford the medical bill and there is no useful insurance for visitors. In this country, each year there are so many ppl go bankruptcy just to avoid medical debts. And BTW, the real sucking power all the social resources are the wetbacks and lazy locals. So please don't make us feel worse than it should be.
