回複:Any limitation in law?
this is a standard boilerplate contract. it's very one-sided, but this's very common -- when an individual do business with a big company, there is never equal bargaining power. on the face of the contract, there is no time limitation. but there is always an industry standard to fall back on. and the reasonableness and consumer's expectation are inherent in those vague language. the bottom line is that no contract is in vacuum, that's why i thinkg that you have a decent shot under the circumstances.
