辦綠卡的移民律師說先交$1800辦LC,再交$1800辦140和485。
現在LC下來了，因故我們不繼續申請綠卡，但他執意要我們付清140和485的那$1800
三年前根他簽的合同是
Client has agreed and paid an initial payment towards he legal fee of $1,800 at the time this agreement is signed. another $1800 of legal fee is to be paid when the labor certificate application is approved.
