某移民律師說的和合同上寫的不一樣

簽合同前，他說先交1800辦LC,再交1800辦140和485。而合同上寫的是
Client has agreed and paid an initial payment towards he legal fee of $1,800 at the time this agreement is signed. another $1800 of legal fee is to be paid when the labor certificate application is approved.

現在等於我不辦140和485都要給他錢了，等於3600辦了一個LC。

如果協商不成，看來隻好跟我的教會朋友、中文學校朋友、校友、老鄉們給他宣傳宣傳了。
