Of course has to be decided by court. And companys can find all kinds of excuses, but do they have legal grounds? Trust me, in thousands of similar cases, no employer will be stupid enough to use preganancy as a reason. But still, many of them are won by the victoms. If she feels unfair, there is no reason not to TRY.
