very bad Chase credit card!!

Accidentally, I noticed in my Chase credit card statement I was charged around $50 for so called Credit Protector Plan for several month. I remember I never agreed to use this plan. I believe they enrolled me the plan without my permission. Can I sue them for “ stealing “ my money? Your suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
