Housing question for experts
Sorry that I don't have Chinese system here and have to type in English.
Here is the circumstance -
We signed a purchase agreement to buy a house but have second thought now; the closing day is near, loan approved.
The good faith deposit has been cashed and we don't expect to have it back; my question is:
If we decide not to buy the house, beside the good faith money, what should we do now?
