wrong interpretation

opt is an extension for f1, so the INS means, u must transfer to a new school after OPT expires.

this is the authority of my interpretation:
transferring out of the current school that recommended OPT or the date the OPT authorization ends, whichever is earlier

and I hope you are not a full time student in MBA program now. It's not recommand to take full credit hour if work in OPT
