During plea bargaining, try to ask the prosecutor to drop Petty larceny charge -- argue that what you did did not constitute all elements of larceny because you did not have the intent to permenantly deprive the owner of the ownership. try to reduce it to disorderly conduct.


But, but, but, don't go to the court all by yourself. find a lawyer for yourself or contact the public defender -- let the attorny do the plea bargaining part.
