Most big money can be claimed, such as tuition etc., as long as you have evidence. I watched that happen on TV. A man went bankrupt so he wanted his $4000 back from a woman. All he did is to prove that she received the money, by tricking her to reply his e-mail regarding this issue. The judge said the money must be treated as a loan unless she could prove it's a gift.
