Lots of problems

First of all, a court may not recoganize your marriage at all, since you are not registered marriage in any state. Second, if it is you who wants to divorce, and there is no mistakes conducted by the hu*****and and no kids involved, there would be no single penny alimony paid to you. Third, US court has no jurisdiction over overseas properties. In some community law states, it is ok to split all the assets, but that might include your income, too. Would you like to do that?
