Have you got any email asking you to verify your Suntrust account? You might have given out your account detail to a disgused identity theft party.

It's just my guess. I have gotten emials from time to time asking me to verify my Suntrust account since last year. I always delete them immediately because i have never open an account with Suntrust and their email is very typical phishing activity. You can find more about phishing yourself.
