（A） 買車後於２０２１年１０月和Sub-HOA 舉行過一次聽證會， Sub-HOA　派了一個Board member來檢查過後， Sub-HOA manager email 給他並Copy給我們說 “The pictures and resolution you made with xxx is fine. We’ll save this in our records. We believe you represent the rest of the Board in resolving this concern. Case closed.”  Master HOA也Email　給我們 “I have confirmed with the sub, that you have met all of the criteria,” 這就是我們一直和HOA抗爭的原因，他們既然已經同意了，為什麽要更改原先的決定。

（B） 我們隻是問了一下加固水泥地麵的方案，並沒有申請和實施。因為估計HOA也不會批準，所以後來就直接在HOA設定的dead line date 之前把車挪到外麵付費的RV storage去了。　因此不存在誰出錢加固的問題。
