請教單身老貓和檸檬椰子茶有關power of attorney 事宜

我在賓州, 領導要出遠門，家裏可能有賣車和報稅的事需要給我power of attorney，由我代他簽字。

車子的title是我倆的名字（張三 and 李四），報稅也是file joint return。在網上下載了一份limited power of attorney form,

下麵是form的第一頁，裏麵 1）和 2）是我自己寫的。請問這樣可以嗎？先提前謝謝你們！

1. PERSONAL PROPERTIES: To sell my personal properties, including my cars, and to sign and execute the transfer of title and documents in connection with the sale.

 

2. TAXES: To complete and sign any local, state, and federal tax returns on my behalf, pay any taxes and assessments due and receive credits and refunds owed to me and to sign any tax agency documents necessary to effectuate these powers
