安大略省法律委員會就 EBR 征求意見

加拿大安省的環境法律落後於時代，問題成堆，難以解決。如今有機會討論，希望大家有力出力，多幫忙。

我們在現行的 EBR 下，三次去 tribunal 申請 leave to appeal 安省環境局的決定，都被 dismissed，再去 court 申請 review tribunal 的決定，也被 dismissed。兩次申請 review  安省環境局的 permit， 一次申請調查 adverse effects 也被安省環境局駁回。

看到統計數字才知道，高達 80%的 leave to appeal 申請被 tribunal 駁回。 

無論多少次投訴，報告汙染，他們置之不理，也不回答問題。受害人簡直就是無路可走，而安省環境局可以為所欲為。完全沒有問責製。他們違反法律，給汙染企業開綠燈，受害民眾也投訴無門。
