律師說“No”的技巧。

We will provide the relevant documents subject to their availability = No, we don't have those documents. 

We'll get back on your extra education credentials if needed = No, they are not needed. 

A lawyer can never say never, because there is always possibility that something might happen, certain document actually was found, or your old degree might make a difference.  I always say "possible but not probable".  Think about winning lottery, it is possible if you buy a ticket, but not probable.
